 Pricing Policy:
  Magnet Paints wants to be your online choice. We are 
						committed to customer satisfaction and will strive to 
						make your online ordering experience with us the best 
						possible.  All prices are subject to change without prior notice. 
						We will notify you of any pricing changes before 
						shipment. If a product is listed at an incorrect price 
						due to error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel 
						the order. We will either issue a credit to your credit 
						card for the amount of the incorrect price if it had 
						already been charged, or provide you with an in-store 
						credit at our discretion and depending on circumstances.   Privacy Policy:  Magnet Paints offers a secure ordering system based on 
						industry standard encryption SSL technology (Secure 
						Socket Layer) which begins before you give us any 
						personal information and remains secure throughout 
						placing your order. Further, your credit card number is 
						encrypted before it is transmitted to our system. This 
						ensures that your online transactions will be secure, 
						and that your credit information will be protected. 
						Magnet Paints will only ask for information that is 
						important in getting our customers their product. We 
						will not at any time give out, sell or distribute your 
						personal information.   ^ Top   Return Policy:  A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) 
										number is required. Please read the 
										following information before requesting 
										an RGA number:  Magnet Paints will accept returns within 
										30 days of purchase. We will refund the 
										purchase price of 
										UNUSED, re-sellable, original packaged item(s) 
										or exchange for another item(s) of equal 
										value. If the new item is of higher 
										value, you will be responsible for the 
										price difference. If the return is due 
										to an error in the part of Magnet Paints, we 
										will arrange for Return Shipping by 
										issuing a (1 time) call tag. It will be 
										the customer’s responsibility to ensure 
										that the product is ready for pick up with 
										the RGA# labeled on the package. All 
										returns must have an RGA# on the package 
										or it will be refused at the time of 
										delivery. If the package is not ready 
										for pick up, it will be the customers 
										responsibility for shipping expenses.  An RGA number is required for all 
										returns. Please write the RGA number on 
										the outside of the shipping package or 
										on the packing slip, where it is 
										visible. Please do not write on the 
										original product box. Please note 
										that any product returned for reasons 
										other than being defective or damaged 
						will be subject to a 20% restocking fee 
										or $15.00 administrative fee (whichever 
										is greater), and/or an in-house credit 
										at our discretion . If an undamaged 
										order is refused by the customer at the 
										time of delivery, the customer will be 
										responsible for all shipping charges to 
										and from our location.  Please return all products in “as-new” 
										condition, in the original packaging 
										with all the original components and 
										paperwork. There will be 
										a $20.00 re-boxing fee for products 
										returned in a damaged box. All returned 
										merchandise will be inspected, and if 
										they are not in “as-new” condition, 
										additional charges will apply.  Magnet Paints will not accept returns on 
										products that were damaged as a result 
										of abuse or improper installation. 
										Magnet Paints is not responsible for 
										items not fitting or working correctly 
										if the customer has given incorrect 
										information or ordered incorrect parts. 
										No returns on electrical items, painted 
										or custom ordered items. If you need

										Policy:  As of January 1, 2015, we no 
						longer charge New York or New Jersey Sales Tax. We are 
						now charging Alabama Sales Tax only.   Shipping Policy:  We offer shipping and handling within 
						the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and 
						Canada. Sorry, we are not able to ship overseas or to 
						Mexico at this time.  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide 
						a physical 
						shipping address only.  We ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days 
						from the time of order. This means most of our orders 
						will be received by the customer within 2 to 7 business 
						days (excluding holidays). Out of stock and special 
						order items will be shipped as soon as available.  Most orders are shipped via UPS 
						Ground. Large orders may be shipped via UPS but more 
						likely by ground truck freight.  Rush Shipments:
						We do not ship Monstaliner or any paint product by air 
						or by any other expedited service. Texture rollers can 
						be shipped next day service at additional expense to the 
						customer.  Damaged Product:
						If your product was damaged during shipping, you must 
						contact the shipper (FedEx/UPS) with in 48 hours of 
						receiving the product. At that time you must file a 
						damage claim with them.  Lost Product:
						If a product is lost during shipping, we will contact 
						the shipper and have it traced. If the shipper deems the 
						packages to be lost, we will send out a replacement of 
						the same item.  Please call our toll free customer service number if you

										Information:  Monstaliner™ is guaranteed 
						not to fade, chalk or discolor under normal exposure to 
						sunlight (UV) for a period of 5 years. We also warranty 
						the product against faulty manufacture and defective 
						materials. Since the products use, application and 
						surface preparation methods are beyond our control, we 
						cannot accept liability for application or use of the 
						product. Our sole responsibility under this guarantee in 
						connection with the sale and use of this material, shall 
						be the return of the purchase price of the material or 
						optionally, replacement of the material, if proven 
						defective. Neither labor costs nor any consequential 
						damages are covered by this warranty. |
